I was unable to answer when the call came in. Woman who answered my return call (Amber from Bill Pay) wanted to know who I was and who I worked for. I informed her she had called me and asked what she wanted. She repeated (3 times!) her name and that she was with Bill Pay. She stated she pays company invoices. When I asked what that had to do with me, in the attempt to get information to clarify who she represented and what it had to do with the company I work, for she yelled into the phone: "Are you stupid?" I ended the call.
