Message appearing to be from my own number, purporting to be a "new voicemail from" , and that to listen to the message I should call "650-503-4700". Clearly some new scam trick. I did not call the number.

Message left to b call this number because my "social security number has been suspended due to suspicious activity." They claimed to be the social security administration. They came from 888-772-'8434. I'm sure it was a spoofed number. It's like the scams aren't really trying anymore. Totally unbelievable.
Received text message from MY OWN PHONE NUMBER to call 650-503-4700 to listen to a voice mail. Two days later I received another text from a UK area code to call the same number for another voice mail. Didn't call!

Got a text message to call a number: "New voicemail from +1 425-655-5462 (00:09): Hi, this is Melissa. To listen to this message, call +1 650-503-4700" The phone never rang and there is a voice message that says "Hi, this is Melissa.". I have just blocked the number. The phone said it was a scam.
