(651)319-8291 calls me 4 times a day. I block the number but somehow their still calling me with the same number.
This is been going on for a week the phone rings this number no one's ever there try calling it back this number is not in service
Yes I got a call from 651-319-8291 I block them as I get scammers all the time on my phone.
No words spoken....just the sound of a rotary dial or something similar.
