VERY poorly worded computer generated babble: "In order to connect federal agent press 1 and you will be connect to concerned department. If we don't hear from you then we will be force to take lethal action against you. Press 1 and you will be connect to the concerned department." I'm quaking in my boots awaiting lethal action. Where's an app that sends a lethal charge into the ear & out the bung hole of the idiot missing from his/her/its village?!?
