I received a call from 651-404-2028 this morning, when I picked it up, the guy was IMMEDIATELY asking for my name (this type of quick and rude behavior is usually associated with a scammer). I asked him who was calling, he said his name and asked if I was the person he was looking for. I refused to answer that question and asked him where he was calling from, he evaded my question and told me "This call is being recorded..." I hung up before he could finish. I called the line back from a burner phone and found out that he was calling from some consultation agency or something. More than likely unsafe or unwanted given the circumstances.

Person called asking for me, when I demanded to know who was calling, the caller only gave me his name and would not provide the company he was working for. When I said no, he said "call is on a recorded line, bye".
