I have been receiving calls since mid-October from this number. I blocked it after the first call without answering it and no message was left. Since then I've gotten 9 calls including 4 today (11/7/19) by mid-afternoon. Still no message left on voicemail. It seems the calls are increasing and is a bit annoying that it's getting more frequent. Decided to lodge this complaint.
