Robocall scampaign facilitated by “IP Horizon” & “Onvoy” & “Inteliquent” & “Peerless” non-fixed VoIP dis-service cartel. Same scampaigners are furthermore fraudulently spoofing legit subscriber #’s, en masse, facilitated by same dis-service cartel.

Possible scam/fraud? The message says I qualify for student loan forgiveness, but I never had a student loan. After looking up the federal student loan phone number, it doesn't match, that's why I'm thinking it not legit.
