Called claiming to be Apple Security - saying my icloud account had been breached "3 times in the last 24 hrs by logins from different locations" - said I needed to go to my laptop or desktop computer and he would talk me through some necessary steps. I said that I would call back. He said that his name was Alexander, 669-200-9261, extension 20202. He had an accent.

Same here 1/22/2020 caller ID "Apple" 1-800-692-7753. Told me to access terminal and execute "netstat". He said all the IP addresses in the Foreign Address column were users hacking into your computer. Then he told me to go to www.fastsupport.com. I googled fast support and the search query all pointed to a scam. I told him I would call him back tomorrow. He told me not to use my computer for any online banking or purchases. He had an Indian accent and stated his name as Jerry Thompson 669-220-9261.

Received two calls yesterday and today and two emails advising they were with Apple Support and that my iCloud account had been compromised from three different locations...when I kept asking questions they hung up.

Called stating they were from apple and my account had been breached from 3 different locations. Caller sid know my full name which concerns me.

Pretending,....to be Apple tech. And states security has been breached wanted me to go buy security encryption card that will be refunded to me. That some one else is now accessing seeing my screen or monitor and this would stop them and he would walk me through the steps. His name he said is Mike Casper Employ ID # 201985267. Phone # 669-200-9261 Ext. 1008. I'm being spied on is what Apple said. I don't own an apple. I use another device. Doe this guy work for, with or against Apple ??

Told me my I cloud account had been breached and was going to help set up security settings. I asked for a number to return call and was given the 669 2009261 number

Apple Icloud has been breached in San Diego and Texas. Did not give them any information.

Apple support scam trying to get Apple ID information.

I've been getting these calls at work and on my cell. He told me my Apple iCloud acct. had been compromised from New Mexico, Texas, and Florida and did I have family in those places that could access my account. IF I HAVE an Apple iCloud acct. I'm unaware of it. I've also been getting similar calls from a similar number telling me that my social security number is in danger of being suspended - SERIOUSLY. I tell them they've reached a fraud unit and they can't hang up fast enough.
