Ask for my supervisor, when he was not available asked for a completely unrelated department to transfer him to. Speaking voice garbled and unclear so I was unable to get his name or his company name. Spoke with an ere of privilege, talking down through his nose to me.
Caller ID identified "Real Interact". Person on phone had valid names to talk to, but didn't pay attention and decided to go to the line that is for SALON SERVICES(so I know they aren't into paying attention). Was rude when he couldn't get his way, refused to leave his name and number and can't fathom an environment where we can't just reserve out a time for this person to call back. Whatever company this is, I would recommend that you avoid them. If they are supposed to be doing marketing/lead conversions, based on this interaction, I would definitely avoid this company if you value your business.
They call with different numbers each time & use the same number 678-325-7799 until you block. Than the same Joe as the prerecorded caller calls himself states is calling with a different service each time. Also the same Joe uses 678-543-0042. This is on verizon.
