Voice-mail says, "This is not a sales call. Please call the Piedmont office at 678 580 6905." I've received this message at least 4 times. The phone doesn't even ring; I just see am alert that I have a voice-mail message.
Caller ended the phone call after I explained that my mother does not take phone calls and that I am her representative for all her financial hand health matters.
Trying to collect on already settled medical procedure. The debt was sold during pandemic and these kind of agencies don’t get updated on any activity or history once they get it. This is against the law. They are annoying and don’t care that they may be wrong about the information they have
I have been receiving calls from this number trying to collect $25 for a WellStar co-pay. The WellStar they are referring to always collects the co-pay before going back so I thought that was weird. It sounded legit though so I was ready to pay. They said there would be a $6 fee if I used my credit card but I could use my checking account with zero fee. I did not feel comfortable doing that so I asked that they send me the bill. I never received the bill yet they keep calling. Finally I called the WellStar location and they said I did not have an outstanding balance. I asked if a balance would show if it went to collections and they said yes. The lady I spoke with at WellStar agreed that this sounded like a scam and suggested I not give them any account information.
Says it's an attempt to collect a debt. Calls 6-7x's a day. When I call it back no one answers. Very annoying. It comes up as Spam Likely.
