This appears to be Spyware app that was added to my phone. I called this number as it is forwarding voice-mail without my permission.
Noticed this number in my cell history as a frequently DIALED number. It is in my contacts as a blocked number due to spam. I never called the number. Looks like some type of malware took over, using my phone to dial out without my knowledge.
