Acts like they shipped you merchandise previously but they are vague with the details. They say that previously a rep sold items to you in your area. I've had this number for 2 months as a work phone. They want you to verify an address to send you a "thank you" for being a previous customer. When you ask what you bought previously, they can not answer. "U.S. Standard"
