Complaints about Phone Numbers680-800-####

called me at least 6 times in 10 mins and just said hello hello hello

Once answered they stayed silent and started yelling HELLO CAN YOU HEAR ME? after I said hello who is this? Do not answer this number

Said they are from Nation health center. Said husband can get a new meter and he just got one last week.

Just got the same exact message as Annoyed In Michigan. So VERY fake. No one uses language like "Local Cops."

Received the same. Case ID given. Offer Number. Asked if wanted to resolve out of court or via criminal court. A bit scary, but glad to know it was a scam.

I just got the same phone call from the same number. I wonder if it’s because Facebook got hacked and 50 million accounts were compromised. Probably got everyone’s phone numbers from it. Change your passwords.

I just got the same message. The morons called a real IRS employee, me! Haha!! I called them back and the idiot in his foreign accent said he was Agent John Walter and his ID number is IRM00269. He asked me what my name was and I said "Jane Seymour" which he "looked up" and then said I would be getting a call from the local cops next because I was being arrested for fraud! I was calling them from my cell and perfect timing, my landline started ringing (with another scam no less!) and he heard it and I said "oh no, that must be my local cops calling now!" He said have fun behind bars Mother F*****!" Really? I would be terminated on the spot if I ever spoke to a taxpayer like that! Anyway, I knew it was a scam and I have already reported it to TIGTA, Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. I just received this call . It scared me

Automated call stated to be IRS and were going to come arrest me if I didn't call back. I reported them to the IRS, but doubt any agency will stop them since it's non-violent.
