The caller left a message that said this is an urgent call regarding a delivery, and to call 1-888-427-1113 let them know this is regarding #------. When I called the 2nd number the man said it was an "intent to sue" paper and I could "mediate" with him to avoid going to court and getting stuck with all the courts costs plus a judgement against me that would have ALL my assets attached by the IRS. I called the company they said was going to sue me and they had NO record of this and told me to call and talk with the Credit Bureaus. It is an AWFUL SCAM, they had my name, address, DOB and last 4#'s of my SS#. I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THE 1-888-427-1113 NUMBER! They are a the worst kind of plague on this earth and should be locked up ASAP.
