Scam… called looking for my brother with a case number. Called the number back. They couldn’t answer because of high volume calls. Left a message telling them to fuck off and nothing but a scam. Cocksuckers

They left a message addressing me by my first name, then said another person with same last name listed me as next of kin, and that there was a legal proceeding against her. Very clever, convincing sounding call, but total scam. I did not call back...

My husband and I both got text messages to each of our cell phones from (610)850-9253 stating that there was an open investigation pertaining to my husband and they needed to verify his location. We both disregarded the texts but then later that same day, last Friday October 2nd, I got a call on our house phone from a local number, (702)213-4823, can't recall the woman's name but she definitely sounded american. She told me there was a civil complaint against my husband and she needed him to contact this number 888-212-9644 with this case number 339-01864 and speak to the agent in charge. However, she was unable to give me a single agent's name, couldn't tell me who brought forth the complaint, or anything else. I refused to confirm anything for her. This NSI company has contacted my husband's cell phone a few times since and has called our house phone twice more, yesterday and about 30 minutes ago. I asked her again for real details which she again didn't have. Told her we looked up the company name and saw tons of complaints about it being a scam and she assured me it wasn't and if he didn't call that number immediately they would be forced to take legal action. I told her I didn't believe that this was legit at all. She then said well how would she have his name and phone number. I pointed out that our kids'school servers were recently hacked into and they obtained our info that way and then somehow she just suddenly knew my name. I told her I'd it was real and legit, we'll be happy to comply when someone legally serves us papers. They sent another text to my husband's phone threatening to show up at his home or place of business. So I told her we'll be waiting, until then quit wasting out time with this scam.

I received a call from someone named Marie telling me that I owe Wells Fargo with an identical message. I told them to kick rocks. The number I called was 8886258541

Same number 702-213-4823 and a woman by the name of Scarlet Jones, a representative for NSI, has called me three times this month to contact 888-638-0913 with reference case number 334-01241 in regards to a complaint against me. I have already file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Attorney General office for the state of Nevada.

My wife also received a call to settle things in court and to call that same number right away 8883665581 and when I called a guy answered and verified my identity,even my SS#. Then, told me that I have overdraft in my wells fargo account which I remembered very well was not true. I started suspecting it's a scam when he offered me to just settle the matter right away by paying 897.97 so I won't have to go to the court and pay 4k plus...

Yeah, I just received a message leaving the same number, but it came from 858 216-2391, so pretty sure it was a robo dialer. Sure sounded real...but they did actually mention my real name. The fishy part is that there was no company name at all, and of course, googel before calling.

This woman called and said that there was a mediation against my husband and he needed to call a number right away. The number was 888-366-5581 and the ref was 327-01752. I called and the guy told me he represented Wells Fargo Bank and that my husband had overdrafted from his Wells Fargo Checking account on October 9, 2009 for $1,200.23 and the interest tacked on was at $2,000+. This made no sense to me as why wouldn't a bank pursue it prior to 2020. When you overdraft on a bank account they go after you right away. I truly believe this is a scam and I am interested to know if there is anyone else that had this happen to them. Very frustrating in a time of COVID pandemic.
