I got a call from 702-475-9765 - Southwest Mediation Same magazine civil lawsuit stuff from American Marketing Magazine .. but name was Tera Johnson this time ..

Jenna Jacoby just called me, I could tell it was a scam because I have my credit on check. 702-389-3552 This was her number.

1-702-389-3651 called and a woman named Isabella left a voicemail about a case on 2/21/20. I returned her call days later. Isabella answered my call right away. She stated she had to go downstairs to the examiners office for file and she would call back. Isabella called back right away. I told her my local police station said she is a scam. She replied well ok it is not a scam and I hung up the phone. Isabella continued to keep calling me three more times within a 5 minutes period. I kept just hanging up on her.

I just received a call from a Kelly Robinson stating the same thing, that I have been notified about a potential civil law suit for a magazine subscription that I apparently signed up for more than 10 years ago. The scary parts is that they had my date of birth and last four of my social.... who can I contact to report these scammers? This lady was soooo unprofessional mediation my but!

This woman called claiming to be from some mediation service claiming a civil suit has been filed against me. I told her, "See you in court!" and hung up. I knew it was a scam. What bothers me is I had already blocked that phone number. How did her call get through? I think it's a masked number. The number that shows up on caller ID isn't the number the actual call is coming under.

Received a call from Jenna Jacobi stating she was calling from Southwest Mediation Services of Nevada (702-389-3552). She stated the call is in regards to a potential civil action against me in a Breach of Contract. I inquired what it was in regards to as I had no clue as to what she was referring to. She said it dated back to October 2011 and was a magazine subscription. Still as I sit here and type I am trying to figure out what the heck it would be for.... but I am quite positive the Consumer Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Comission would be more than happy in assisting me in this obvious violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, along with blatant harassment

Got a call from Kelly Robbins from Southwest Mediation Services to notify (wrong number so not my name) of direct involvement in a civil action from her office. I've had this number for several years so old records or scam?

Tony Martin is a scammer he said I might go to jail because I owe $3,900.00 for magazines back in July 1999? He would settle for $150.00? HA! HA! HA! I was born in September of 1999 how is this possible? I was still in my moms belly.

Got a call from Tony Martin saying i owed 500 bucks for a magazine service. Sounded fishy so started looking it up and sure enough found this page.

OMG! I cant believe how many people have reported this same type of call/scam. I received a call from a Tony Martin from Las Vegas, Nevada Phone Number (702) 389-3186 and he said he was a mediator from JAMS Mediation and he was calling to collect a debt in the amount of $3,468.79 for a magazine collection that I had purchased over 23 years ago but he would settle today for the company in the amount of $455.99 and if I didn't pay it would go against my credit and I could be taken to court. Okay, I've never ordered any magazines before in my life, my aunt ordered some beauty and hunting magazines for herself and her husband a little over 20 years ago and transferred their magazines to my address so nobody else would get them at their old address, He got that part was correct my aunt did used my address at the time because they were moving from New Hampshire to South Carolina in my area at the time. After I told him this story, he proceeded to tell me that he can settle today in the amount of $200.00 and he would erase me from his list. ?????? WOW!!!!! I thought he was a mediator from JAMS Mediation and how could he just erase me from a list, just to shut me up? Who the hell owes almost $3,468.79 for only 2 magazines for a year. Tony Martin is a scammer and he will take your money and run and he will be laughing all the way to the casino to play your money away. DO NOT TAKE CALLS FROM THIS GUY!
