Got unwanted call from 702-444-4765?
Male caller states he is with Spectrum calling about the rate changes. Wants to talk to the decision maker for the Spectrum account. Calls at least one a day. He is not with Spectrum
Keeps calling very day up to 8 times if we don't pickup pretending to be an ATT operator and that they are sending technicians over or they call to talk to the owner but will not live name or number.
Says they are with Spectrum but yet asks me how many phone lines we have. I questions them on why they don't have it in their system and then they say they're contracted through Spectrum. I threatened to call Spectrum to verify the information and they said even the billing department wouldn't have information about it. When I asked for her name and number to call her back she got mad and said no I couldn't have the info. Total scam.
calls my business several times a week
Says they are with Spectrum and ask for the person in charge of the AT&T Account. My boss does not take these calls and I tell them to send email and he will call back if interested. Got call today and caught me at bad time, I told them we have our AT&T Account Rep and that is who my boss dealt with only. He proceeds to tell me that everybody has an account rep and that is not what he is calling about in a very combative way. Then said he could not discuss account matters with a Secretary. I informed them in a very stern way that first of all I wasn't a secretary (nothing wrong with it and I actually am he just ticked me off) I was actually one of the owners sister and since he was so rude I would be sure to let them know not to do business with them. Surprisingly he hung up.
I work for a auto repair shop & get 3-4 calls a day regarding "Spectrum" rates my Boss & I ahve asked them NOT to call but they continue. Caller ID says TELECOM ONNP 702.444.4765. I have reported this to Spectrum advised to call Jeanie @ Spectrum Enterprise 866.603.3199 This is truly harassing calls. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are calling at my job; I'm a church secretary. They keep asking for the owner of the Spectrum account. Of course at first, I relayed the information to my pastor when he came in. Then, since he's been out of town, I have been telling them that he is not in the office today etc. They call every single day. Sometimes, when they hear that it is still me answering the phone, they hang up and/or don't say anything then hang up. So, today, I decided to search their number up online. I am finding that there are others that are entering a claim of fradulent behavior. I then called their number back only to find the automated system calls out a different number as being unavailable to take my call and that I can leave a voicemail. (In the most respectful way yet stern; I asked them not to call back again).
We have asked since 12-12-18 to have them stop calling us and they are combative and will argue with you when you tell the person on the phone "not interested, please take us off your calling list"
