They call my place of business several times a day. My company policy is to answer every phone call and this number hangs up a few seconds into the call every time. This happens many times every day

Like clockwork they called the same time 3 weeks in a row on Tuesday morning. My phone service reads "Scam Likely" that is why I don't answer. If is was important we know they should leave a message

Google Get a in Clue. Its ridicules that you call everyday from every state or county, and half the time they hang up, no message , No robo message, nothing! when I look it up it says its Google.

This is a Google Calling telemarketing company. Their MO is to bombard you with telephone robocalls (e.g. not even a real person). Then if you get fed up and actually answer the call, there's no one there. They then call you back or have other secondary telemarketers call you back. It's annoying and why these companies think that anyone would patronize them for these rude and self-aggrandizing calls is beyond me. I'll never buy anything from them until they use reasonable advertising practices.
