I believe these are the scumbags who tell you they're going to "help you sell your vehicle" when it's already listed on craigslist and that listing clearly states "do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers" but, apparently, they're exempt . DO NOT answer BLOCK # REPORT to donotcall.gov
