Amy has left me about 5 messages expressing her desire to buy my house. I've ignored them all. She calls from a private number and leaves the 703 number.
Some Amy (refused to leave a last name or company name) called and offered to buy my home. SCAM.
Amy left a message about wanting to buy a house in the area..."locally". "Amy", the "local investor", isn't local. Scam.
703-215-2500 calls me all the time, and although I don't answer I do report the calls to the Do Not Call complaint line.
