We do replacements! How old is your current roof, approximately? Are there any apparent problems you’re seeing or experiencing with your current roof right now, i.e. leaks, missing shingles, buckling, indentations, warping? Is this your primary residence? Are you planning to stay in the home or move within the next few years? Have you considered how you would be paying for this project? Is this an insurance claim? I would like to schedule a no cost no obligation estimate for you and anyone else who you own the home with and/or who will be participating in the decision on this project. Our replacement roof estimate takes about 60-90 minutes, depending on how many questions you both have. We require all homeowners and decision-makers be present at that time.
