This was a robocall. I'm on the do-not-call list and use AT&T Call Protect, which is supposed to block such numbers.
Caller said his name was James Kelly, but Robokiller intercepted the call.
Person with thick accent called and said they were a "Real Estate Investor", and asked for a prior resident at this address. I said that person did not live here and they hung up.
