I just received a very suspicious voicemail from a “Jeremy” looking to buy a house as is and move out date when ever. Said he wasill pay in cash. This is either a phishing scam, or money laundering scam. I hope the FCC or FTC sees this. More importantly, i hope this stops someone from responding to this.
