Sent a txt by @Anne at Elite Capital asking if I wanted to sell my house and speak to me to get info - I figured was spammer as they were unsolicited and I asked how did they get my number etc… sparse answers in txt - just kept trying to get me on phone and wanted “information” to make me an offer! I blocked them.
