I got call from this number as well. How in the world they new that I have issues with my Lenovo Laptop. Man tells me that they need to update my warranty service. They got in to my laptop. Also ask for my credit card number to charge me $2.00 for their service. I cancelled my card right away. I'm getting now some kind of orders confirmation. But I didn't open it, This was a scam.

This number called 8/22/2018 claiming to be HP Support and would be fixing my laptop, luckily I figured out quickly it was a scam, since they wanted my credit card number and $5 charge to fix a Microsoft Security issue that the laptop did not have.
