This phone number came up on my phone as being from Ingersoll Rand. When I answered it the call was about a car warranty.
The person whom was calling was saying that there were part of DMV and they was trying to reach me by emails and I never responded, also the person was trying to force me to listen to him... I said I don't want to do a business with you...and he said that he was willing to pass the phone to the hispanic representative... they are trying to get my cars driven to offer me a car warranty( He said: Im calling from The Warranty Department from DMV).
Calls about medical benefits and then changes to prescription insurance. Sometimes disconnects when answered.

Got the same call. Reporting it to the FTC isn't going to make these calls go away. They originate form overseas and the numbers change constantly. It's a pity that people can't answer their phones any more unless the caller is on their contact list.
