Robotic call asking me to call the number for a refund from Microsoft, over some purchase I made in recent months. The Microsoft dept is closing down it said, thus the refund offer......I didn't buy anything from them.

7067491361 Call ID says STARNETPAETE , a Computer voice tells me to call this "toll-free" number for a Micro Soft Support refund. WHAT A JOKE,, such an INDIA scam!

Scam. Part of message that was recorded by my phone said a company was going out of business and that I was owed a refund. I'd think if it were legitimate, the refund would have been sent without further action on my part.
