Received the same message with the same name Jerry Pride did not return the call so I received the same message with another name of James Maxwell number 518-389-7827
same as above comment!! Just received a recorded call from this number claiming to be from Unclaimed Dept of Publisher Clearing House with a 2nd place prize I won - I didn't enter any contests so knew it was a scam. The number was 707-240-0777 telling to speak with Jerry Pride.
Also Got this call from this number with the same scam message. Reported to Nomorobo.

Not the first time this caller has either spoofed a number or created a new one to harass us.
This number calls 5 times in a row it’s frustrating when you answer and nobody’s talks and just hangs up
