This number called me and said they were working with a "government agency" on life insurance policies and they were following up with me on my interest in a policy. They said my number was on file with someone who lived in a state and city I did not live in as well as a "Mike" that had supposedly been linked to my phone number. This person tried to convince me they were not a telemarketer by simply saying, "I am not a telemarketer, I work for a government agency".
