I TOO GOT A CALL FROM THEM CLAIMING TO BE FROM DELL TECK SUPPORT. AS SOON AS THEY TOLD ME THEY WANTED REMOTE ACCESS TO MY LAP TOP, I TOLD THEM NO! DO NOT EVER CALL ME AGAIN , THAN HUNG UP ON THEM.I HAVE CALL BLOCK ON MY PHONE, BUT HOW DO I STOP THEM FROM SCAMMING OTHERS WHO MIGHT NOT KNOW ?

Person called my number claiming to be from Dell Support. Person wanted me to go to www.dellconnect.com and let him have remote access to my computer. I didn't fall for it and I told him that I would call him back. I called the number and got their voice mail which identified themselves as MSI technical services. I left their sorry arses a voice mail and told them that if they ever called my number again, that they would be getting a nice little visit from the FBI.
