No company pursuing legal action will use the phrase "before we dig in" when pursuing legal action. Full text of the end of the voicemail I just got: "39. I repeat that is 707-702-1239. Don't disregard this notice and to return the call before we dig in with the legal proceedings against you. Thank you."
Robo call voicemail said that legal enforcement actions have been filed against my SS# for fraudulent activity and I have to call and speak to their officer before they begin legal action. Right! Okay.
