Called today with Caller ID "Budget Energy". They think they are calling a business, so not too bright. They are claiming that my energy provider (PECO) told them I'm not receiving the best rate. Sure, like they would care what I pay! Yet another utility scammer trying to rip people off. Block the area code (or number if local) but don't press anything.
