I've gotten this call four times in the past three days. I get the same exact voicemail every time. Transcript of voicemail: "This message is intended for (my name) contacting you from our clients process of the vision. We received an order for you in reference to two pending matters now, unfortunately, since I'm unable to reach you by phone, we may attempt to reach you at your home or your place of employment. You have the right to contact the office directly to resolve this matter voluntarily. However, if you are located you may forfeit that right. You can reach the office at 888-203-3575. when calling reference or claim number which is P g t 876-7315 you have been officially notified." Total BS. Never says a company name or what it might be regarding.
