Got unwanted call from 708-316-9029?
I checked up on this and it is part of BCBS reach out "HRS" health risk screening, which is described on the Welcome page of the Handbook which is offered online, so it is legit. Ask them to verify the last 2 digits of your member ID to make sure they are who they say they are.
Yes I got a call from a "Robert Branson" (lol?) at this number, and then about an hour later a call from another number by "Royana" 312-872-3248, both claiming to be from BCBS and could verify the last two digits of my card ID number, but would not confirm anything else. Why would they ask a full medical history in order to just advise you of their services?
They ARE Blue Cross, they're trying to connect you to health services... Lol... Ask THEM to verify the information they have on YOU (NEVER offer them YOUR information, EVER)! BUT, you'll see, most likely, it comes straight from your Medicaid account! It's legit, they're trying to do a nurse home visit, & connect you to services! Let's be LOGICAL HERE... Do you have or have you had BCBS? If you DO, it's very LIKELY it's your insurance calling you!
They tried me today with the bcbs text from (833) 860-8344 saying to call the 708-316-9029
claiming to be blue cross
