A real estate agent who does not follow the proper codes and calls homeowners who’s properties are in Withdrawn Status on the MLS and not Terminated status. This is a Google Voice number and he will not pick up. Signed frustrated Agent who follows the rules.
Reported he noticed my house just went off market and asked if i was still selling. I told him to call my realtor and he told me that "your contract just expired with her, did you know that?". This was obviously a lie. He hung up when I asked for his name.
This guy called my cell phone wanting to buy my property. When I told him it is not for sale, he cussed me out and hung up the phone. When I try to call him back, he does not answer and hides behind his voice mail.
asked if I was selling a property where I used to live few years ago. Second time I receive that call. Fraud or scam.
