Robocall, from "Joel" claims he will pay cash with no closing costs for my house and to call back if interested. Been harassing me and many others as evidenced by complaints on several sites on the Internet (who are on the Do Not Call Registry) for 2 years now.. Uses some type of insidious phone technology to bypass the Block Number feature on my phone and his ringless attack goes straight to my voice mail in spite of my having blocked his number (which is always the same number). Basic criminal type that has nothing but contempt for Justice, probably thinking that after two years of criminal calling every month he considers himself more powerful than the U.S. Department of Justice.
