Scam. Says he drove by my house, thought the place was 'super attractive', and wants to buy it for cash and pay the closing costs. Sure, guy with Texas number, that's not odd at all; what could be more normal than putting impulse buying a 42 unit property in the middle of midtown Manhattan full of tenants that you know nothing about cuz it's...well, 'super attractive.' Mr. Super Douchtastic has most likely never been to New York City in his life and certainly isn't driving around my neighborhood-- or ANY neighborhood, for that matter-- looking to drop large amounts of cash on real estate. I don't know what kind of scam is happening here, but they are definitely full of crap. Delete and block.
