I got the same call and message. But they hung up on me after I asked if they would like to leave a message.
Got a call to speak with the owner, when I said they are not available would you like to leave a message they said no thank you and hung up. In my experience if it was a legitimate call they would have left message for the owner to call back
The number is from spectrum. Blocked this number and they call again with a different number.
Recorded message with different phone number regarding changes to student loans rule and that I should call her ASAP today to find out what she is talking about- yeah right

Sounds like a computer and a scam. “If you could call me back as soon as you can at 617-996-8876 we can get started on your application for monthly disability money I was a time sensitive matter fast action is required for these types of Social Security benefits um so if you're already receiving Social Security benefits feel free to ignore this call this is an issue you need to worry about but if you did want to apply for Social Security disability benefits please call me back as soon as you can and again my name is Pete from national disability and I'm at 617-996-8876 thanks have a great day…”
What happens it seems like they are not on the line as if they’re listening first before they say something to him assuming ensure they’re not speaking to a police officer or something maybe you shouldn’t identify yourself right away and just simply say hello and wait because I’m sure it’s long enough to where you can trace the call that’s what my thoughts are on this because I get calls every day at 7:59 AM till 7:59 PM and I’m tired of it in the same people keep calling even if you tell them you’re on the do not call
No response when I pick up. Called me every day for weeks, even when I blocked them on my iphone. Strange.
