I answers the incoming call and heard no response to my repetitive, "hello?" for a total of 43 seconds.
Whom ever is calling from this number is speaking Spanish. And claim they do not speak english, but the caller understood what I was saying. They call me 2 to 3 times a day, when I say hello they hang up and I call them right back. How do I get them to stop, I have blocked they still call.
