Just got same call here in NC. I don't have student loan either.
I also received a message offering loan repayment options, however this company does not appear to be affiliated with Federal Department of Education or Fed Loan Servicing. Said must call back immediately...scam!
The message said I needed to call back as soon as possible because there had been significant changes to my Federal student loan repayment options. I have no student loans at all! Message gave a call back number of 714-476-4370
