Got called by this number three times in a row just now. I told people I won't answer the phone unless they call repeatedly, so I thought maybe it was an emergency. When I picked up on the third call I said nothing to see if it was a robot. They hung up on me after a couple of seconds of silence. They haven't tried to call me back yet.
