I received a phone call today 02/01/2021 from a man calling himself Jack Santiago from Google Cyber Security stating that there were crimes against my gmail account, that someone had hacked in and stolen my identity, IP address, and that someone was using my email to send out emails to people asking for their social security information. He wanted me to download something onto my laptop so he could "fix" my IP address. It sounded very fishy to me, so I googled the number and told him I'd call him back. It is a scam! Be very wary, it sounded absolutely legitimate. The phone number was 716-220-8691.
Got a call from 716-220-8691 from Jack pretending to be a Cyber crime agent investigating the use of emails to obtain social security numbers. The is a scam, the person calling is named Sid Jack and is attempting to be a government agent. He will ask you for your personal information by saying he has your email as a complaint against you and will be proceed a criminal case. Do not give out your personal information as it is a scam. I started asking for his office location so I can verify where he works at, he asked if I verify if I live in Las Vegas told him no Juarez, Mexico then hung up on me.
Received a call today from a gentleman stating he is calling from the cyber crime dept from Microsoft. I asked for his info so my attorney can call him back. He gave MF786 as his ID number. SCAM!

Caller he was from "cybersecurity" --said my email was being used for solicitations of personal information. He said my email will be canceled tomorrow. I said "do people actually fall for this, you dumb MFer. I didn't wait to hear the rest of his garbage. Hang up
Calling saying my email account being used for solicitations of personal information and to call back righ5 away or my account will be blocked.
