They say they've suspended your social security number. It's BS
Robo call claiming to be from Social Security. It said my SS# was being suspended due to suspicious activity. I was directed to press 1 to speak to someone about it.
WITH IN AN HOUR OF EACH OTHER MY HUSBAND & I EACH RECEIVED A RECORDED MESSAGE SAYING IT WAS THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION SAYING THEY HAVE CANCELLED OUR CARDS DUE TO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY! WHEN I GOT MINE I TOLD THE WOMAN THAT I KNEW THIS WAS A SUSPICIOUS CALL AND I WAS GOING TO REPORT IT TO SOCIAL SECURITY AND SHE HUNG UP! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE!!!!!!
