Left message about my outstanding taxes

Same woman of older age said I owed a large amount couldn’t tell me the name of the agency. Transferred me to her “boss” he was nice but you could tell by his wording he was trying to bully you into pay something you’re unaware of.

Call from Strategic Accounting Services 716-277-0419 and message said there was some sort of fraud activity on my accounts and I needed to call back this special number. Never called and did some research, these people are total scams. Within 15 minutes got calls from two other family members stating they got the same calls but were stating it was also regarding another family member.

called and had the last four digits of my social security number. told me i had a $300 balance for victoria secret that went into collections in 2014. told me that with late fees and penalties it was now over $2000. I told her no way as i never had that card. she told me that she was going to have to make a recommendation that it go before a local court and then told me that it could attach to my income tax. I told her no way was i paying anything and she could mail something but since i literally just got a card with victoria secret a month ago - she was wrong

Ms. Martin with Strategic Accounting Services, said I've had an income tax retention placed against my SS#.

I was also called by a Ms. Martin from Strategic Accounting Services. She knew my last name and claimed there was some fraudulent activity on an account with my name and information attached to a Bobby Davis and told me to consult the fraud department. idk what to do or what to look out for at this point. But a gut feeling tells me not to trust it.

Said I sign with my daughter on a account when I know I didn’t and my number been changed more than once so how she get it I don’t know but the information she gave me about me my Daughter doesn’t even know and my daughter lives in Maryland and she called from Buffalo New York a black woman also she talking over 10 years ago and I know we thousands a miles apart from each other her name is Ms Martin 716-277-0419 n 716-462-6582

Indicated that I owed an amount to a credit card company. When I went to return the call, it would not go through.

Called my spouse, claimed she shared a debt with me, 10 years ago, and I had been tied to fraud. Strategic Services. Black Female's voice in her 30-40s. Claimed to be a Special Agent. Can't reply to the number, its not set up to receive calls, only to transmit.716- 277-0419. Her tone and phone etiquette was very unprofessional, we knew immediately it was a con. She left a voice message. Bit concerned she had my spouse's number, shows some degree of data mining. I used to do Fraud and Cyber for the DoD decades back.
