Claim they are from Juniper Barclays Bank ..collector .. 5 years ago I claimed a Chapter 7 on it! Wont stop calling

total scam trying to collect money over the phone. They even threatened me with court! They spoofed the local courthouse #, called me from it using the name Lori Grondcowski (very imaginative) I called courts myself, no one by that name in any office and was told they NEVER contact by phone. Only a certified letter.
