Same experience of unwanted call offering to buy house. 717-628-6465 is the number that my phone said the call was coming from, but the message was to call 717-216-0011 if interested and if not interested to ignore the call -- but I am on the Do Not Call list and would think they would not be allowed to call out of the blue like this
