I've been getting several of these messages since 3-4 month.i am so tired of it.i don't know how i can block and stop it

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, so this went to my voicemail. When I play it back it says "...and I'm calling from the gifting department. Can you hear me okay?". I've been getting several of these messages from various different phone numbers, sometimes multiple times a day. No idea what company the gentleman is calling from, because he begins to speak before my voicemail starts to record, which tells me that it's not even a live person, it's a recording. I can't block the number, because it's a different phone number each time...which has been at least once a day for the last month!
