4/21/2020 I received a similar call (on my cell phone, not my office landline) earlier today. Same scenario as described in the 2/18/2020 comment. Since I NEVER do business without first doing Due Diligence, the caller was surprised that my answer was NO.
Caller claimed to be from Morningstar. Wanted to charge substantial money to my visa card for sending me a plaque for a reward I received from Marquis Who's Who. I confirmed with Who's Who that they have no affiliation with Morningstar.
