Charity scam, most likely one of these outfits that gives 3% of the money collected to the charity they say they are collecting for and keep 97% of it for "Office Expenses". Noisy call center that seems to run their scam under different named charities. I am saying this based on their phone number and calls that I get from FIREFIGHTER COA. ACCS POLICE RES - 719-270-2871 and FIREFIGHTER COA - 719-270-2874.
