This guy will try and buy something from you, and its the typical old scam where he's going to send you more than you're asking for, in a certified check. And then he wants you to write a check to "his shipping consolidator" for the overage. Obviously the scam is that his check then bounces after the fact, and you're out whatever the check was that you wrote to his "shipper".
